Account Executives (AEs)

Anyone over 18 with legal tax status (i.e., U.S. citizen or permanent resident) can apply for an Account Executive (AE) position of FaFa Group. An AE works as an independent contractor and can refer any company or business to be listed in FaFa Yellow Pages (FaFa Group reserves the rights to reject any listings at its own discretion). For any published listings referred by an AE, FaFa Group will pay the AE 25% of the listing fees as commission. (For example, for a standard listing of $88 per year, the AE will be paid $22 as commission) FaFa Group will issue Form #1099s to AEs with total annual earnings exceeding $600 in a calendar year, as required by law.

任何人18歲以上並具有美國合法之報稅身份均可申請成為<發發黃頁>之廣告業務代表. 廣告業務代表身份為發發集團之獨立契約工,可以介紹各類公司行號在<發發黃頁>上刊登廣告 (發發集團保留拒絕刊登任何企業資料的權利). 一旦廣告業務代表所介紹之企業資料刊登於<發發黃頁>之上, 發發集團將付給廣告業務代表25%之佣金. (例如, 一標準格式之企業刊登費用為$88, 廣告業務代表可獲得$22的佣金). 任何廣告業務代表從發發集團賺取年收入總額超過$600以上者, 將會收到發發集團寄出之1099收入表格.

These include but not limited to the claims or suits for libel, plagiarism, invasion of privacy, and copyright infringement.

I further certify that, at any time, the Company can terminate my contract/agreement with a 30-day written notice. Any dispute(s) between the Company and I shall be settled by means of arbitrations or others but litigation. I will never file any lawsuit(s) against the Company, its officers or employees.
